The young Cuban actress and influencer Paula Massola received a surprise this Monday that brought her to tears.
Her friends gave her a bracelet with a photo of her father, the late Cuban actor Abel Rodríguez.
“I’m lucky to have golden friends… and that they are always with me. Nice gift @_makeitbeauty Today was a very difficult day, I’ve had many in my life and the truth is that I’ve never felt alone have.” , the young woman wrote on her social networks, along with a video of the moment she discovers what the gift is about.
“This post is to thank not only Dani for his gift but also all my friends, my family, I have known love and hate and I have known how to choose which of the two I want in my life,” he said added.
His mother, popular Cuban presenter Edith Massola, was one of the first to comment on the publication.
“Dear daughter, that! Always choose LOVE… Let not despair disturb, nor opaque what enlightens… when the fog covers… Someone… something, from the tiny, will grant the desires of life be and be immense. All the women of your tribe LOVE YOU,” he wrote.
His sister Natalia also left him a message: “What a beautiful gift, I am very proud of you and the woman you have become. Thanks for that! I love you sister.”
This monday Paula asked for help on her social networks to find her puppy Nano againwhich was lost in Havana.
Hours later, the young woman confirmed they had managed to recover her pet. “I was in a house in Vedado. Apparently they were trying to sell it because someone sent me a screenshot of a WhatsApp status where they used the same photo I put in but said: dog for sale at a good price,” he said.
“Luckily they preferred the reward and called us. The important thing is that Nano is with his family now. A big thank you to everyone who helped me,” he added.
Abel Rodríguez, Paula’s father, died in Miami in October 2021 at the age of 50. Sources close to the artist said he died of cardiac arrest due to a thrombus that led to brain death.
