– Tonight is WWE SmackDown, the blue show begins with video of Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens match last week. The Bloodline then comes into the arena and Roman Reigns refuses to check Sami Zayn. The commentators greet us and then Sheamus’ music plays for the first game of the night.
SmackDown Tag Team Champinoship Contenders Tournament First Round – Tag Team Match
Sheamus and Drew McIntyre vs. Viking Raiders (Erik & Ivar) (accompanied by Valhalla)
At the end of the match, Sheamus countered a Viking Raiders hold with a knee on Erik. Drew McIntyre continues with his claymore kick on Erik, then Sheamus finishes with his brogue kick on Ivar, followed by the fall for the win.
Winners: Sheamus and Drew McIntyre – They will face Los Lotharios or Hit Row in the semifinals
– In the Roman Reigns dressing room, Sami Zayn walks up to him and tells Roman Reigns that he knows it’s a big night for the Bloodline, but he wants to make sure everything is okay. Reigns says he saw what happened last week, Zayn can tell him everything. Sami Zayn admits he was disappointed compared to the previous week, he only took care of Kevin Owens, he didn’t know the Usos were coming.
Roman Reigns tells Sami Zayn to retire, tired of hearing him complain every week Since when does he have to ask for permission? For Zayn to find his own bloodline. Paul Heyman tells Sami Zayn to leave.
– Raquel Rodriguez tells us behind the scenes that everything is bigger in Texas. For her first Royal Rumble, she will celebrate the biggest moment of her career in front of her family and friends.
– LA Knight enters. He picks up a mic before his match and says he wants someone to find out who Bray Wyatt is. One week Uncle Howdy isn’t him, the next week he is. In any case, his name is LA Knight and he’s the one who’s going to ask Bray Wyatt if coming back was the right thing to do. He will turn off his light next week.

The game starts and the lights go out twice. Despite this, LA Knight manages to make his BFT against the local wrestler for the pinfall victory.

– After the game we find Bray Wyatt for the return of the Firefly Fun House. The Firefly Fun House friends wake up one by one and Bray Wyatt fixes the door. Wyatt welcomes us to his home. He says he works around the house and has been missed dearly. He can’t wait to have fun again.
The rabbit says he’s afraid of the dark. The pig says he loves dark chocolate. Wyatt asks who dares name their son Los Angeles Kinght. Wyatt says there are things hiding under our beds in the dark, trying to eat us. We should fear the dark. Uncle Howdy appears on TV and says he has been notified. He just needed a little help.
Wyatt says he hopes he’s happy and understands. He’s the one who opens the door and whatever comes through is his problem. You will see each other at the Royal Rumble. Wyatt says goodbye cheerfully.

Hit Row (Top Dolla & Ashante Adonis) (accompanied by B-Fab) vs. Los Lotharios (Angel & Humberto)
At the end of the game, Ashante Adonis rolled Humberto to victory with the help of B-Fab.
Winner: Hit Row – You will face Drew McIntyre and Sheamus in the semifinals
– Cody Rhodes’ latest video announcing his participation in the Royal Rumble is aired.
– Behind the scenes, Braun Strowman tells us that the Royal Rumble is something for him: he’s made a career out of throwing people away.
– Charlotte Flair walks in and invites Sonya Deville to come to the ring. The latter enters and announces that she wants another title match. Charlotte Flair asks Deville what she has more than the other women, she gave up last time! Flair offers to face him tonight. Sonya Deville refuses…unless Charlotte Flair puts her belt on the line. Adam Pearce appears at the scene, but Deville attacks Flair from behind!
– In the Roman Reigns dressing room, Paul Heyman asks the tribal chief if it wouldn’t be better to have Sami Zayn in the castle than outside?
– A new Lacey Evans video will be released.
– Backstage, Sheamus cheers on Butch and Ridge Holland for their match.

Brawling Brutes (Butch & Ridge Holland) vs. Imperium (Giovanni Vinci & Ludwig Kaiser)
At the end of the game, Giovanni Vinci and Ludwig Kaiser make the Imperium Bomb on Ridge Holland for the pinfall win.
Winner: Imperium – You will face Legado Del Fantasma or Maximum Male Models in the semifinals
– Backstage, Paul Heyman tells Sami Zayn that Roman Reigns would like to see him.
– Behind the scenes, Shayna Baszler announces her participation in the Royal Rumble.
– A video on the 30 years of RAW will be broadcast.
– Behind the scenes, Karrion Kross talks to us about his match against Rey Mysterio scheduled for next week. He says he’s usually excited before a game but not there. Rey Mysterio still doesn’t know if he wants to be a family man or the greatest of all time. It can’t be both at the same time. He will eliminate him like he will eliminate the 29 wrestlers of the Royal Rumble.
– Zelina Vega sits at the commentary table for the next match, she also announces her participation in the Royal Rumble.

Legado Del Fantasma (Joaquin Wilde & Cruz Del Toro) (accompanied by Santos Escobar) vs Maximum Male Models (ma.çé & mån.sôör) (accompanied by Maxxine Dupri)
At the end of the game, the Legado Del Fantasma made a Russian Leg Sweep & Flying Kick combo on ma.çé to win by pinfall.
Winner: Legado Del Fantasma – You will face the Empire in the semifinals
– He is joined in the Roman Reigns dressing room by Sami Zayn. Reigns tells him that apparently Zayn only wanted communication in the plan. He’s a perfectionist, just like him. You can’t be the GOAT if you don’t think of everything. Sami Zayn replies that it is exactly that. Reigns can tell him what he wants from him, he will do it. Roman Reigns replies that we need to find the Usos and make sure the cars and jet are ready. Paul Heyman, Solo Sikoa and he will go to the ring to sign the contract and then they will leave.
Sami Zayn puts out his fist and Roman Reigns agrees to check him out.
– Next week: Rey Mysterio meets Karrion Kross. The tournament continues with the semi-finals: Drew McIntyre and Sheamus vs. Hit Row / Imperium vs. Legado Del Fantasma.
– Adam Pearce is in the ring to sign the contract. Roman Reigns appears alongside Paul Heyman and Solo Sikoa, then he sits in a chair… but Kevin Owens comes out of nowhere to attack Sikoa and then Roman Reigns by stunning him! The Usos come to defend the champion but Owens manages to take over. He goes back to the ring and then pops his powerbomb through the table on Roman Reigns! Sami Zayn arrives on the ring apron and Kevin Owens tosses him the contract before leaving.
