This Saturday (30), the woman accused of committing racist attacks on the children of Giovanna Ewbank and Bruno Gagliasso in Portugal was arrested for insulting agents of the National Republican Guard (GNR). According to information from the newspaper “Público”, however, she was drunk and has already been released by the authorities.
The case happened at the Clássico Beach Club restaurant on Costa da Caparica, on the Portuguese coast, where the Brazilian family is vacationing. According to witnesses, the woman said to “get those filthy black guys out of there,” referring to Titi and Bless, sons of Ewbank and Gagliasso.
In the video published by Metrópoles columnist Léo Dias, Giovanna was furious and appeared to be arguing facetoface with the woman. The actor can be seen alongside his wife, but doesn’t engage in the discussion: “Disgusting racist. Son of a bitch, that’s you. Terrible, ugly! look at your face I feel sorry for you. Later, a recording released by UOL columnist Lucas Pasin showed the moment the woman was arrested after committing a series of racist attacks. According to Público, the National Republican Guard was also activated by Bruno Gagliasso. The woman even berated the police officers responsible for the incident. With the guidance of authorities, she was removed from the restaurant where Giovanna Ewbank’s family was staying. Besides Titi and Bless, Gio and Bruno are parents of little Zyan.

In a note, the presenter’s council spoke about the case and confirmed that the couple’s children were victims of racism. “We announce that the children of the couple Giovanna Ewbank and Bruno Gagliasso were victims of racism this Saturday, July 30, at the Clássico Beach Club restaurant in Costa da Caparica, Portugal, where the family spends their holidays,” reads it in the note.
“A white woman walking past the restaurant deliberately verbally abused not only Títi and Bless, but also a family of Angolan tourists who were staying in the place about 15 black people. The criminal asked them to leave the restaurant and return to Africa, among other absurdities done to children like “dirty black people,” the representatives continued.
