A woman who’s split from her own ‘cheating’ fiancé has revealed her ‘foolproof’ hack to finding out if your significant other is cheating when you’re married.
Kira Arellano, 19, a behavioral health practitioner from Las Vegas, Nevada, recently went viral on TikTok after claiming she’d discovered a method to find out if someone is cheating or planning to cheat.
Four months into her whirlwind romance with her now-ex, she found out he had been unfaithful while she was pregnant with his baby. She chose not to have the child, but forgave him and accepted his proposal just three days later.
To secure her finances and emotional well-being, she immediately proposed a prenup that included a clause that said if one of them cheated, the other half would be entitled to compensation for emotional damage.

“I brought up the prenuptial agreement and the infidelity clause, which made him very uncomfortable,” she told NeedToKnow.Online. “Eventually, he reluctantly agreed, although he showed fewer marriage intentions afterwards.
‘[This was] about three months after our engagement, up to which point he was very adamant about getting married and having a baby.
Arellano said they’d already had “some very brief conversations” about wedding venues and she’d picked out a dress she “fell in love with,” but her planning ground to a halt after the prenup talks.
Frequent arguments led to her realizing that she couldn’t “change” him, and they broke up soon after.

Arellano now lives by the old adage “once cheat, always cheat” and wants to protect other women from infidelity.
In her now viral video, she opened up about her experiences on TikTok.
“It’s a 100 percent foolproof way to find out if the man you want to marry is going to cheat on you in the future,” she said. “One word: marriage contract.”
Arellano explained that her ex cheated on her when she was pregnant with his child, but she foolishly decided to give him another chance.

“Because he was planning to do it again,” she concluded.

“I’m very grateful that I got out of this relationship and saved myself from getting stuck in a marriage with someone who doesn’t love me and never loved me,” she said.
“I’m definitely healing and it can be really hard at times because I really loved that person even though I know he hurt and betrayed me. I never cheated on him,” she noted.
“I’ve tried to be best friends and I know whenever I decide I’m ready to start another relationship, I’ll be confident that I can turn out to be a good partner.
“Now I can explore my sexuality further and am determined to cut ties with him.”
