What Aaron Carter’s family thinks about the singer’s death

A little over two months after Aaron Carter’s death, the singer’s family have made new revelations that could turn the tide.

Last November, Nick Carter’s younger brother was found lifeless in the bathtub at his Los Angeles home and although there was initial speculation that the cause of death could be drowning, the family have now ruled out that option entirely.

According to information released by the TMZ website, both Aaron’s fiancée, Melanie Martin, and his mother, Jane Carter, assured that the forensic examinations found no water in the artist’s lungs, which is why they are now convinced that an overdose may be the case cost lives.

However, we still have to wait for the results of the toxicological tests to determine which substances were in the body of the 34-year-old musician. As if that wasn’t enough, they’ve requested that a suspected drug dealing establishment be investigated over an alleged message found on Aaron’s cell phone.

“Melanie says she found text messages from an unidentified person telling Aaron he owes $800 for an unknown substance. She says the conversation includes Aaron telling the person that they no longer need the substance, to which the person responded that it doesn’t matter and that they still owe money,” they wrote.

They also stressed that Martin had already handed over the phone to the police as evidence so that the investigation could begin. They are even convinced that before his death, Carter would have met with the subject who would have finally given him the substance that ended his life.

None of this has been confirmed by the family at this time, but what is certain is that rescue workers found the singer’s body among several cans of compressed air and containers of controlled medication.
