THE annie prices, which is considered the most important animated film prize, published the list of nominees this Tuesday (17) and has a Brazilian in the running. The actor Wagner Moura competes for best voice acting for his work in Puss in Boots 2: The Last Order.
In the feature, Moura voices the villain Big bad wolf. It is worth mentioning that the Brazilian actor is responsible for the dubbing in English and not the version dubbed in Portuguese.

Moura fights alongside David Bradley (Pinocchio), Gregory Mann (Pinocchio), Jenny Slate (Marcel the Shell with Shoes On) and ZarisAngel Hator (A Fera do Mar).
The main highlights of the Annie Awards are Pinocchio, adaptation of Guilhermo Del Toro, with nine nominations, and Marcel the Shell with Shoes On, with eight nominations.
