[VIDEO] DMZ trailer for HBO Max starring Rosario Dawson

Rosario Dawson is desperately searching for the first trailer for HBO Max’s DMZ, an adaptation of the DC comic series by Brian Wood and Riccardo Burchielli.

All four episodes will premiere on Thursday, March 17th. The series is set during the second American Civil War, which has turned Manhattan into a demilitarized zone (DMZ), destroyed and isolated from the rest of the world. Dawson (Marvel’s Luke Cage) plays the fearless and furious medic Alma Ortega, who embarks on a harrowing journey to find her son, whom she lost at the start of the war. Meanwhile, Parco Delgado (Star’s Benjamin Bratt), the popular and deadly leader of a powerful gang in the DMZ, wants to rule this new world and will stop at nothing to achieve it.

Roberto Patino (Westworld, Sons of Anarchy) serves as showrunner and executive producer alongside Ava DuVernay (When They See Us); DuVernay also directed the pilot episode.
