Victoria Beckham ‘earned £2million from the Spice Girls tour’ without singing a single note

Victoria Beckham, 48, has reportedly made £2million from the Spice Girls Reunion Tour without singing a single note, her accounts revealed.

The singer’s company Moody Productions Ltd-turned-fashion designer is said to have made £703,000 in 2021 while raking in £403,000 in 2020.

Despite not being on the reunion tour with Emma Bunton, Mel B, Mel C and Geri Horner in 2019, Victoria’s company still raked in a whopping £1million.

The Mirror reports that Moody Productions is still entitled to a cut in royalties, merchandising and advertising revenue as Posh is technically still a member of the band.

Release reports, filed earlier this month, show that Moody Productions Ltd paid £140,637 in corporation tax for 2021, meaning Victoria bagged £703,000 from the group’s back catalogue.

Meanwhile, earlier this month it was reported that her husband David Beckham was earning a staggering £657,322 a week in 2022 – as he and his wife Victoria shared an £8million dividend from their business empire.

The power couple entered 2022 feeling flushed after sales of their ventures skyrocketed following lockdowns – with the former Spice Girl’s fashion range posting a loss.

Beckham Brand Holdings, which acts as the umbrella company for David’s investments and branding and Victoria’s fashion and beauty company, said in accounts filed that profits for 2021 reached £19.1m, up from £11.6m a year earlier.

Most came from DB Ventures – the former English soccer player’s brand is licensed to video game maker Electronic Arts, Adidas, watch company Tudor, whiskey brand Haig Club and car manufacturer Maserati, among others.

DB Ventures revenue increased to £34m from £11.4m while profits rose to £24.1m from £12.9m.

Victoria’s arm, which has historically been propped up by her husband’s success, has seen losses drop from £8.7million to £5.9million as sales rose 13 per cent to £40.9million.

Although Victoria didn’t show up at the recent Spice Girls reunion, her bandmate Mel C has admitted that getting back on stage with Victoria is her “ultimate dream”.

The Spice Girls regrouped without Posh for a stadium tour three years ago and although the group – which also includes Mel B, Emma Bunton and Geri Horner – were having an “incredible time”, they would love to tour as a quintet again.

Melanie, 48, said: “We were received so beautifully, we had the most incredible time.

“It was the moment we realized the impact we had on a generation of people. We’re very interested in getting back on stage, we’re discussing that further. It’s just navigating through everyone’s life, work and families.’

When asked if Victoria would be there for another reunion, she added in The Times’ Saturday Review: “It would be the ultimate dream. The door is always open to Victoria, we would love to see her again. We keep our fingers crossed.”

And the Northern Star hitmaker admitted the group would particularly like to perform at the world-famous Glastonbury Festival.

She said: “One day a Spice Girls performance there would be a great thing. We would like to honor this stage.”
