The report, published on her Twitter account by Executive Vice President and Commissioner Delcy Rodríguez, indicated that Carabobo reported nine in five of its 14 municipalities, followed by Caracas with three and Monagas with one, from four of whom are men and nine are women.

He noted that of the 454 active patients, 34 are in hospitals, 50 are in comprehensive diagnostic centers, 22 are in private clinics and 348 are receiving assisted community care.

Since the pandemic began in March 2020, the Bolivarian Republic has racked up 551,924 infections, 545,648 are 99 percent recovered and deaths total 5,852, none in the past few hours, according to the official report.

Rodríguez reiterated the importance of vaccination and biosecurity measures to deal with the pandemic, insisting on President Nicolás Maduro’s call for anti-Covid-19 reinforcements to be deployed and “special diligence” to be maintained.
