‘I’m incredibly sad and quite disappointed and shocked’: Vanessa Feltz chokes back tears as she discusses her split from 16-year-old partner Ben Ofoedu
Vanessa Feltz shared an update after confirming she’s split from partner Ben Ofoedu, 16.
Amid reports that he has cheated on Vanessa multiple times, Vanessa told fans she was “incredibly sad, disappointed and shocked” in a video posted to her Instagram page on Sunday afternoon.
“Well I haven’t been on Instagram for three weeks and that’s because my relationship with Ben is over after sixteen years and I honestly didn’t know what to say to you on Instagram,” she told her followers.
“But now it’s clear that it’s over and I really feel like once the trust in a relationship is gone you can’t really get it back and I would advise that to anyone else.”
Her voice breaking, she continued, “And so I just wanted to say that I’m obviously incredibly sad and quite disappointed and shocked and all these horrible things, but also full of determination. I won’t let that get me down.’

“I’m so glad to live longer than my mother, she died at the age of 57 and for God’s prayers, I’ll be 61 next month.
“I’m very, very grateful to be alive and I want to keep feeling that way, and I want to celebrate and find fun and laughter wherever I can.
“I know it won’t be easy, but I’m absolutely determined to do it.”
Vanessa revealed she has split from fiancé Ben amid claims he “cheated with several other women”.
She told The Sun on Sunday she was shocked and heartbroken by Phats & Small singer Ben’s alleged infidelity.

The couple have been together for 16 years and have regularly spoken out about their romance, often looking cozy on the red carpet at glitzy events.
But former Celebrity Big Brother flatmate Vanessa is said to have been distraught when she found out about Ben’s “double life”.
This Morning regular Vanessa reportedly found a series of social media messages and emails from Ben, 50, to other women.
She said: “I was thinking this might take a little longer to come out because there’s a lot to deal with – a shock like this requires some adjustments – but I’m very saddened and disappointed in my 16-year relationship with Ben is over.
“As an agony aunt, I’ve said many times that once the trust in a relationship is gone, it can never be restored or restored. So I must take my own advice on this occasion.
