“I started getting involved with Projet Montréal a few years ago because the values and ideas of the party appeal to me. To advance that vision, I have decided today to take the plunge as General Manager,” the lead prospect explained in a brief statement Monday, claiming “to want to continue the fantastic transformation of the city that they have been orchestrating for more than.” four years, and we will continue to do so for a number of years to come”.

In a press release, Projet Montréal praised the many years of “experience as a manager in the private sector and in the municipal sector” of its new general manager.

Prior to becoming CEO of CISM-FM – a position he held for more than five years – Mr. Mayano-Vinet was notably project coordinator at Lemay Architectural Firm and also executive assistant in the Cabinet of RPM Sustainable Development Consultancy Services.

The party reiterates that Eloi Mayano-Vinet stood out above all “for his expertise in managing the work environment, optimizing processes and popularizing”. His role will be “to ensure sound governance of Projet Montréal and its various bodies, particularly through the application of an open and collaborative approach focused on results.”

“I am very pleased to welcome Mr. Mayano-Vinet. His managerial qualities and political experience will bring great value to our team and contribute to our efforts to ensure a green, secure, prosperous and affordable future for the metropolis,” said Mayor Valérie Plante.
