US invites young Cubans to participate in business program

The United States Embassy in Cuba is promoting the participation of Cuban entrepreneurs in the 2024 Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative.

Through its social networks, the US diplomatic headquarters is inviting Cubans to participate in this appeal.

The Embassy ensures that this program empowers aspiring entrepreneurs and creates lasting networks of young entrepreneurs and leaders from business and society in the region.

Launched in 2015, the US Department of State initiative educates young entrepreneurs and promotes business models and practices in Latin America, the Caribbean, Canada and the United States.

The annual exchange program benefits 280 young business people and entrepreneurs from 37 countries who are assigned to companies and organizations in the United States.

YLAI grantees also have access to exchange programs, small grants, resources and events, and exclusive opportunities offered by the US Department of State at alumni.state.gov. The YLAI Network is a virtual community of more than 50,000 entrepreneurial members across America.
