(ANSA) — ISTANBUL, AUGUST 20 — UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has launched an appeal to unblock exports of “Russian food and fertilizers not subject to sanctions.” This was announced in a UN statement, citing a speech by Guterres today in Istanbul at the center set up to coordinate grain exports from Ukrainian ports, which began on August 1.
