A drone flying over a Black Sea Fleet headquarters building in Sevastopol, Crimea, was shot down by the base’s air defenses. This was announced by the head of the Russian city administration, Mikhail Razvozhayev, explaining that the explosion felt this morning was caused by the crash of the remains of the downed drone. “He fell on the roof and caught fire,” he said, explaining that there were no injuries. Today’s incident comes in addition to the numerous explosions recorded in Crimea in recent days, for which Ukraine has not officially claimed responsibility.

Meanwhile, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman General Igor Konashenkov, quoted by TASS, said Russian forces killed more than 100 militants, including 20 American mercenaries, in an attack using high-precision weapons in the Andreevka area of the Kharkiv region.
According to the Kiev Defense Ministry, the number of Russian soldiers killed by Ukrainian forces in the war has risen to almost 45,000. 44,900 Russian military would have died, 200 more than the previous day.
