Two arrested in connection with fatal shooting of six people at California family home

Horror surveillance footage has revealed the moment gang members died on March 16.

Two gang members have been arrested in connection with the deadly shooting. The arrests were announced Friday by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office, with the suspects named as 25-year-old Noah David Beard and 35-year-old Angel “Nanu” Uriarte.

Local reports indicate that Uriarte was in a firefight with ATF agents prior to his arrest and is currently hospitalized after being shot.

Tulare County Sheriff Mike Boudreaux said that both arrested men were members of the Nortenos gang, while two of the killed members of the Parraz family were members of their rival Surenos gang.

The men were arrested in connection with the shooting that killed six people, including a young mother and her 10-month-old baby.

In the heartbreaking footage, the young mother can be heard desperately pleading for help.

“They’re coming back,” she said.

“The boys are coming. Please hurry, they’re coming back in.’

Alissa is then seen fleeing the house with her 10-month-old baby, who she then throws over the property fence in a desperate attempt to save his life.

She was later tragically found in a ditch still cradling her baby Nycholas, near the home where four of her family members were also killed.

Police rushed to the scene around 3:30 a.m. after multiple gunshots were fired in the Goshen neighborhood of California, a small farming town about 220 miles southeast of San Francisco.

It was initially believed that an active gunner situation was unfolding due to the high number of bullets fired.

MPs arrived seven minutes after the call was received and reported initially finding two people dead.

It was later revealed that the desperate 911 call came from a surviving victim of the shooting who had managed to survive after hiding inside the house.

After officers discovered the grisly scene, they found a third victim in the doorway of the property.

Continued searches led to them finding several more victims both inside and outside the family home.

Sheriff Boudreaux said one of the victims later died in hospital, despite the best efforts of the deputies, who immediately began CPR at the scene.

The young mother who was killed was seen in the heartbreaking footage trying to flee the massacre with her 10-month-old boy when one of the gunmen stood over them and “fired shots into their heads,” California officials have said police revealed.

Alissa Parraz, 16, was found dead in a ditch, still with her baby Nycholas, near the home where four of her family members were also killed.

At a press conference following the killings, Sheriff Boudreaux said the massacre was a deliberate attack on the family.

“None of this was an accident. It was intentional, premeditated and terrible,” he said.

“These people were clearly shot in the head, and they were also shot in places where the shooter knew a quick death would occur,” the sheriff said.

“This is also similar to belonging to high-level gangs and the types of executions they commit.”

Authorities had recently carried out a drug-related search warrant at the same house.

The hunt for the men called together numerous law enforcement agencies, including the ATF, DEA, FBI, Homeland Security, Department of Justice, and the California Department of Corrections.

Jennifer Analla, 52, was also killed in what police have described as a “horrific massacre”.

Two other people survived the attack by hiding in a nearby trailer while watching the intruders enter the property on surveillance camera.

However, the sheriff said that “by the time they (the food) arrived, it was too late to do anything”.

The survivor, who managed to evade the gunmen, is said to have been “in such a state of fear that he could only hold the door open, hoping not to be the next victim”.

Boudreaux previously stated that law enforcement is familiar with the home, a property where “gang activity has routinely taken place in the past.” He did not provide any further information during the press conference after the attack.

He added that not all of the victims were drug dealers or gang members, including Alissa, Nycholas and 72-year-old Rosa.

There was “no reason” for the shooter to target the young mother and baby, Boudreaux told reporters.

“I know for a fact that this 10-month-old baby relied on his mother for comfort,” he said, “there was no reason for them to shoot this baby, but they did.

“It’s shocking for the nation, shocking for our county, shocking for our state and I gotta tell you I’m getting calls from all over the country.”

Earlier this month, police issued a search warrant on the home, leading to the arrest of Eladio Parraz Jr., a convicted felon who was killed during the shooting.

Boudreaux said that Parraz Jr. was not the “original intended target” but declined to elaborate further.

Parraz Jr., 52, had an extensive criminal record including offenses including reckless driving to evade arrest and possession of firearms and drugs.

He was arrested after officers responding to a parole test found ammunition, firearms and methamphetamine in the home, according to court records. Parraz Jr. was released on bail four days later.
