Twitch: This streamer leaked his bank details from his… fish! – Millennium

Internet users know it, you can really find everything there… including fish playing Pokemon. On Mutekimaru’s YouTube gaming channel it is possible to watch several fish live playing in Game Freak’s latest opus. But while everything seemed to be working perfectly, a bug wreaked havoc.

What is Pokemon Fish Plays?

This totally unusual concept was popularized by a content creator named Mutekimaru. The latter has built an innovative system around motion detection. At the bottom of the aquarium is a grid with all sorts of controls on the Switch. When a fish passes in front of the sensor, it triggers the key it just passed. The gameplay is therefore very confusing overall, but very entertaining to watch. But while the fish were busy beating a Pokemon Scarlet and Purple arena champion, disaster struck: the game crashed and the game shut down.

The Nintendo Switch menu was therefore displayed and the fish therefore changed the username as well as the user’s profile picture. Nothing major so far… everything changed when they reached the Nintendo eShop.

Fish Spin in Nintendo eShop

Since the live Pokémon Fish Plays are almost constant, the chain’s creator doesn’t often pay attention to what the fish are doing. However, during his absence, water gamers also managed to launch the Nintendo eShop make multiple purchases using the Mutekimaru credit card. While the mere fact that the fish were bought in droves is already a problem, They also revealed the bank details of the account. A real disaster!

There is total panic in the YouTube chat. Viewers don’t know how to stop the show… and the purchases that come with it. Desperate, the fish’s owner tried to get a refund for the purchased Nintendo Points by sending a message to the Japanese company. So far he hasn’t received an answer, but doesn’t think he will. According to him, no one would believe a user who sends: “Hi, would it be possible to get a refund for the purchases my fish made for me?”. It went bad…
