Tom Brady has urged the entire Tampa Bay Buccaneers team to bounce back after going 3-5 this season, with the quarterback admitting he’s not capable of performing at his best in a struggling team.
The Bucs quarterback has made several rallying calls to his underperforming teammates both on and off the field in a testing period for him this season.
Brady spoke ahead of the franchise’s big duel with the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday.

“I think I can’t do shit in this league without the guys also doing what they’re great at,” he said Thursday.
“Our great players have to go out and play well. The guys who played a lot of football have to do a better job. That’s part of what leadership is all about. It drives people to practice. It’s trying to get a greater sense of urgency.
“When it’s going well, it feels really good and easy. When they’re not going well, it feels really tough, like a challenge.
“The thing is, you either rise to the challenge or rise to the challenge.”
