Still-suspended “GMA3” co-host TJ Holmes had an alleged argument at the office with another up-and-comer, a source exclusively tells Page Six.
The insider claims the alleged encounter took place in 2015, the same year that a then-married Holmes allegedly had a months-long fling with subordinate Jasmine Pettaway, with whom he allegedly had sex in his office.
The second woman – whose identity we have chosen not to reveal – has yet to respond to our numerous requests for comment.
Our source tells us she was in her 20s and was working as an overnight associate producer at ABC at the time of the alleged encounter.

Holmes, now 45, and the employee, who is no longer with the network, were reportedly in his office sometime after 3am with the door closed.
We were told that “a bunch of rustling” could be heard from the room and that the woman looked “completely flush” and like “a deer in headlights”.
It’s unclear if the employee ever reported the alleged encounter to human resources.

“He had a position of power over her,” our source tells us.
“I think it was something like, ‘Here’s this good-looking younger girl, and she’s here in my office, let me make a move,'” the insider adds, describing the situation as “similar” to Pettaway’s.
Holmes officials declined to comment, and ABC did not immediately respond to Page Six’s inquiries.

Last week, a source close to Pettaway, a then 24-year-old script coordinator, claimed to DailyMail.com that the first time Holmes was “sexual” with her was “in his office” – just a “few hours” before he should be broadcast live.
“They had sex, and I know after that she was confused as to what that meant,” the source claimed, calling Holmes “a predator who took full advantage of his position.”

Holmes officials declined to comment on the Pettaway allegations, while an ABC insider previously told Page Six that “an internal investigation is already underway into whether anything happened between TJ and Jasmine Pettaway.”
Pettaway didn’t answer our calls.

Holmes’ workplace behavior first made headlines in November 2022, when his month-long affair with then-married “GMA3” co-host Amy Robach was exposed.
After the network launched an investigation into the nature of the co-workers’ relationship, it was reported that Holmes allegedly had romances with at least two other collaborators, including married producer Natasha Singh.
“[Holmes] and Amy are equals,” our insider noted last week, “but if he was having an affair with a subordinate, that’s a definite ground for his dismissal.”
Although Holmes and Robach are currently dating, she was reportedly “taken aback” by “the extent of TJ’s alleged past office romances.”
