Famous children’s characters from Puerto Rican television gathered tonight on the show Raymond and Friends to pay tribute to Sandra Zaiter, the beloved children’s presenter who passed away last Sunday at the age of 78.
Titi Sandra, as the cheerleader was also known, died in a hospital in San Juan of complications from pneumonia.
Dagmarita, María Chuzema, Remi, Payaso Tatín, Shabúm and Víctor from Atención Atención came to the Telemundo studio to remember and celebrate the life of Sandra Zaiter.
Everyone had the opportunity to tell emotional anecdotes.
“I learned a lot from Titi, she was my teacher when we started on Channel 7 and I started with her there. What she did was wait for me to finish the program to tell me what was right and what was wrong and correct me,” Remi recalled.

Cheerleader Sandra Zaiter dies
This Thursday, starting at 9:00 a.m., the remains of Sandra Zaiter will be at the Ehrlich Funeral Home in Hato Rey. Also on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. there will be a mass in the chapel of the funeral home.
She will later be cremated and the ashes will remain alongside her mother’s remains, as per her wish.
