Ticketera will refund those who bought tickets to see Daddy Yankee

The company Ticketera reported tonight that everyone who bought tickets for the postponed Daddy Yankee concerts will get their money back.

“We want to give every customer a guarantee that the money will be refunded to everyone who bought tickets for the event, which will take place the following January. Everyone will receive the refund in the same form of payment that they used to make the transaction, according to the terms and conditions,” said Omar Báez, founding partner and spokesperson for Ticketera.

Subject to Ticketera Terms and Conditions Service and order fees are non-refundable.

Mr. Soldout Inc., the company that produced the concerts slated for Puerto Rico earlier this year, said the presentations have been postponed “due to logistical setbacks and careful production details.”

The presentations were scheduled for January 6, 7 and 8, 2023 at Hiram Bithorn Stadium.

As detailed by Báez, “no additional management is required” on the part of customers to receive their refund as they will see the money reflected in their accounts in three to five business days.

“Those who made the transaction in cash will receive the notification to receive their refund in the same way,” he commented.

“When the new date is announced, all those who have purchased tickets will be notified to allow them access to our platform and, as a ‘pre-sale exclusive’, have the opportunity to purchase tickets before they are released to the public in general.” , he added.
