Agents from the Highway Patrol Division this Saturday arrested three people who were trying to get to Old San Juan, a town where the San Sebastián Street Festival is held, in ATVs.
According to the Commissioner of the Police Headquarters, Antonio López Figueroa, the intervention of these people took place on Ashford Avenue, near the Dos Hermanos bridge.
He also pointed out that the motor vehicles driven by the detainees are subject to the confiscation procedure. In addition, each individual received a $1,000 fine, which was increased to $5,000 after it was tightened.
