According to the latest information from the Sûreté du Québec (SQ), the woman, who had been missing since August 13, was seen around 10:30 a.m. the day after her disappearance in the area of the Mont Rougemont hiking trails.
Mont Rougemont is more than 100km from Saint-Zotique, where Rachel Cousineau Martin was last seen before she disappeared around 9:45pm last Saturday.

The 31-year-old could be found on surrounding streets and paths. The SQ therefore asks the public to keep their eyes open.
“His loved ones have reason to fear for his health and safety,” the SQ said in a statement.
When she disappeared, Rachel Cousineau Martin was wearing red or pink shoes, a plaid shirt, a black sweater, dark pants, black-framed glasses and a pink scarf. She is 1.75 m tall and weighs 66 kg. She has curly hair dyed blonde with dark offspring and brown eyes.
