The films about the wizard “Harry Potter” allowed many actors and actresses to demonstrate their talent in front of the big screen. Unfortunately, one of them tragically died at the age of 18 in 2008.

The actor Robert Knox played the role of the character Markus Belbyone of the Ravenclaw house students in “Harry Potter and the HalfBlood Prince“. With a brilliant career ahead of him, the young man’s life ended after a brutal crime.

On May 24, 2008, Rob and his brother Jamie were at a pub in southeast London. They both eventually got into a mess after two drunk men entered the place and started causing a disturbance (via: AH).

They then went after Knox, who was stabbed twice midfight. The actor could not resist his injuries and died at the bar door. According to the source, the perpetrator was a 21yearold boy.

A documentary has been created, titled (K)nox: The Rob Knox Story, detailing everything responsible for the Harry Potter star’s untimely death.
