The music world was shocked at the 55th Annual Grammy Awards when Adele was attacked by a bizarre prankster.

Ukrainian presenter Vitalii Sediuk stormed the stage as Adele was announced for Best Solo Performance, snatching the award from a shocked Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull.

Sediuk was later charged with trespassing and spent a night in the cells as a result of the incident, but he later insisted he was just doing his job, insisting, “I’m not a madman. I just think differently.’

Justin Timberlake’s Embarrassing Apology (2004)

An acceptance speech for the awards show was dominated by an awkward apology in 2004 when Justin Timberlake won Best Male Pop Vocal Performance for the hit single “Cry Me A River.”

The singer was referring to his performance with Janet Jackson a week earlier, when he controversially lifted the R&B star’s bra during a duet at the Superbowl – an incident witnessed by 89million viewers.

“Listen, I know it’s a rough week for everyone at best,” he said. “What happened was unintentional and absolutely unfortunate and I apologize if you were offended.”
