The judge will decide whether Blac Chyna can again take the stand and repeat the testimony

The judge presiding over Blac Chyna’s $108 million lawsuit against the Kardashians is expected Monday to rule on whether the reality TV star gets a repeat of the testimony she made after she ” excited” when she saw nude photos of herself in court.

Chyna’s attorney Lynne Ciani on Friday slammed Kardashians’ attorney Michael Rhodes for “a deliberate and unethical psychological assault” on Chyna while she was on the witness stand the previous day.

“I’m trying to propose corrective actions so we don’t have to have a mistrial,” Ciani told Los Angeles Superior Court Justice Gregory Alarcon.

Chyna was reportedly so “excited” and at a loss when she took the witness stand last week after lawyers for the Kardashian clan presented her with “revenge porn photos” that her ex Rob Kardashian (pictured together) shared online in 2017

During cross-examination last Thursday, Rhodes presented Chyna with a copy of the restraining order she filed against her ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian in 2017 after he allegedly posted “revenge porn” photos of her on social media.

Attached to the restraining order documents were copies of the offensive nude photos, which both parties previously agreed would not be shown to the jury.

The jury didn’t see them, but Chyna did, and according to Ciani, she was reportedly “excited” and shocked by the photos.

Chyna was so distraught that when Rhodes later questioned her about the amount of damages she was seeking, she could not provide a dollar amount and only gave vague answers to other questions he asked about damages, her attorney claimed.

When Ciani saw the images “derailed” Chyna’s testimony, she told Judge Alarcon.

“There was a stipulation that the photos would not be taken, which was intentionally violated,” she added.

Ciani asked the judge to order that Chyna’s earlier testimony about damages be removed from the case and that she be allowed to return to the witness stand.

Judge Alarcon asked them to file a written brief, which he would rule on.

Rhodes denied any wrongdoing, telling the court, “The premise that I enticed the witness (Chyna) to see these photos is absurd.”

According to her attorney, Chyna was so shaken by the photos that when she was later grilled during cross-examination about the amount of damages she was seeking, she was unable to provide a dollar figure and only gave vague answers to other questions he asked about damages

Chyna, 33, is seeking $108 million in damages and is accusing the Kardashians of defamation and “willful interference with contracts” that caused her to lose money on television, in person, and “influencing” social media.

Chyna’s trial against the billionaire clan she accuses of willfully shutting down her TV show Rob and Chyna begins Monday.

Kim, 41, and Khloe Kardashian, 37, and younger sister Kylie Jenner, 24, with her mother, family matriarch Kris Jenner, 66, are all named defendants in the case and are expected to stand trial like last week.

Chyna, 33, is seeking $108 million in damages and accusing the Kardashians of defamation and “willful breach of contract” that led to the cancellation of the Keeping Up with the Kardashians spin-off.

She claims the decision resulted in $44 million in lost revenue in the past and $64 million in the future.

Kris Jenner would executive produce the couple Rob & Chyna, which will appear on the E! network later in September 2016.

Ciani suggested Friday that Jenner, as head of the Kardashian business empire, had enough power to run the E! Network not to bring in Rob and Chyna for a second season.

But Jenner denied that, telling the court, “I have no control over the E! Network’.

Chyna admitted she’s made more than $1 million for every post from Fashion Nova, Kendra’s Boutique and OnlyFans, some of them nude.

But when confronted last week by Rhodes, who pointed out the “$40,000 Hermes purse” she was carrying in court, Chyna said she “could do better.”
