The couple’s home in the Macedon Ranges was auctioned off last November when it fell short of the $4.08 million reserve.

Neun announced on Tuesday that the home had been purchased through a private contract.

A spokesman for the network confirmed the home went to a family, “which is a positive outcome for everyone,” but would not reveal a sale price.

Nine has not yet announced how much House 4 has sold for, but has indicated that the number will not be released as the sale is private.

“Dylan and Jenny’s home is now a very popular property for a family who have been impressed by the high standard of construction and the incredible views of the Macedon Ranges so close to Melbourne,” said a representative.

TCC real estate agent Kirrily Evans told NCA NewsWire the home was sold Monday to a “lovely family” who “fell in love the minute they walked through the house.”
