EXCLUSIVE: The Bachelors contestant has already been told she’s not getting her $5,000 bonus for “good behavior” — after going rogue and making a cameo on Married At First Sight

A female contestant on The Bachelors has been told she won’t get her $5,000 good behavior fee after she defected after filming and appeared on a rival dating show, Chron Australia can reveal.

A source at Warner Bros. has revealed that FIFO worker Jessica Tomlinson, 24, was told she was not eligible for the payment after attending a friend’s Married At First Sight wedding.

She is also prohibited from posting promotional photos, nor is she allowed to attend media rounds to promote the show.

According to the insider, Jess is having a “ridiculous cut” at a eviction in the coming weeks, and her beau Jed McIntosh isn’t giving her a rose.

Jessica’s contract with Warner Bros. states that she may not appear in any other television or media program of any kind without the broadcaster’s written consent.

When the producers found out about her appearance on MAFS, the producers called Jessica for an explanation before telling her that she was not entitled to her one-time payment.

“Jessica was devastated. She had no idea she was going on the show, it was all a surprise. They hit her hard,” a friend said.

Warner Bros. decided to further punish Jessica by leaving her out of the official cast announcement on Instagram.

“Channel 10 and Warner Bros. are furious about the last minute change after noticing Nine heavily promoting Jess in ads for one of the MAFS weddings,” the insider said.

Back in October, Chron Australia exclusively revealed that this one wedding in Married At First Sight was set to wreak havoc after Jessica accused her former best friend’s groom of dating her Bachelors co-star just days before she walked down the aisle.

Jess was seen pulling bride Bronte Schofield aside to let her know she recognized her partner Harrison Boon and should not be trusted.

“Jessica couldn’t believe it when she realized it was the guy her co-star was dating and felt it was right to confront Bronte on their wedding day,” the insider explained.

Desperate to get her five minutes of fame, Jessica decided to tell Bronte about it on camera, pulling her aside and essentially sabotaging the wedding.

Chron Australia has reached out to Channel 10 for comment.
