When it comes to talking about her sex life, nothing is off the table for Alex Nation.
And the Bachelor star, 30, was back to her old tricks on Monday as she revealed rough details about her very surprising sex trick – expelling air from her vagina.
“Fun fact: I can actually do this ON COMMAND. It’s my cute little party trick,” she boasted during an Instagram Q&A with fans.

“All my friends at school used to make me do it in class and when I was filming The Bachelor I showed all the girls in the mansion and [fellow contestant] Noni Janur gave me the nickname “Queen LaQueefa” [laughing-crying emoji]’ she mused.
The mother-of-two, who is engaged to businessman Carson Jory, then offered some wise advice on embracing the less than glamorous aspects of sex.
“Vaginal bloating is very normal with sexual activity and it’s really nothing to be ashamed of. Sex full of funky noises!’ she insisted.

“When I was younger I was very embarrassed about fanny farting during sex, but now I’m more like Ooop, there’s too much air in there and I’ll blow it out on purpose to be more comfortable,” Alex added.
The blonde ended her post with some helpful advice for those wanting to avoid the dangers of vaginal bloating.
“Tell your sexual partner(s) not to go all the way out and then back in while doggy style, this will help avoid getting a lot of air inside you. I also tense my stomach to deflate while being penetrated,” she revealed.
“When I was younger I was very embarrassed about fanny farting during sex, but now I’m more like Ooop, there’s too much air in there and I’ll blow it out on purpose to be more comfortable,” Alex added
Alex is no stranger to ruffling feathers by sharing extremely graphic details of her sex life.

Angry at that decision, Alex later slammed Instagram in a subsequent post, writing, “Apparently discussing dating my partner is considered sexual solicitation. Seriously, what the hell? The censorship is seriously beyond a joke.’
She added it was “the perfect time to announce that I’ve joined Sunroom” – an alternative social media app.
According to Sunroom, the app is “dedicated to helping women secure their wealth and future.”
Alex shared a screenshot of the message she received telling her the post was deleted
“A woman’s body, creativity and money are her business, and we want female creators to have an entrepreneurial space that truly belongs to them. A space that gives women more control and more freedom,” it said.
Alex went on to explain her decision to join the social media app after being censored by Instagram.
“I can talk openly about sexual wellbeing, relationship things, raw stories, childbirth and pregnancy while sipping a sip while feeling supported,” she wrote.
She added that “paid members get exclusive content weekly,” and concluded, “#f**kcensorship.”
