Luiza Tomé is a guest of Daniela Albuquerque on “Sensational” (18) on Thursday. During an intimate chat with the presenter, the 61yearold actress reveals details of a traumatic episode at workwhich occurred when it was still at the beginning of its trajectory.

“He was a director. Every day he would come and put his phone in my pocket and say “Call me” and I, so young, would think “Why am I calling this old man?”. It didn’t make any sense.” reveals the artist who has several works that marked an era in teledramaturgy, such as “Tieta” (1989) and “A Indomada” (1997). Luiza recalls that her career was hampered by not responding to the director’s advances. “That’s why I stayed away from TV for a while,” he says.

“One day a friend cast me on a soap opera and he [diretor] took me with him My friend said: ‘Lu, as long as the guy is here, you don’t do soap operas.’ And really, I didn’t come back to do soap operas until after he left. admits the actress who reproduces the negatives mentioned by the director at the time. “He said, ‘Not her. Terrible actress and ugly as hell'”.

Luiza Tomé also tells Sensational that in more than four decades of her professional activity she has already worked with artists who tried to “take a cone”. during technical kisses, mentioning how to get out of the situation: “I would lock my teeth, and no one would stick their tongue in it.”
