The father of Texas TikTok duo Enkyboys has died of cancer, according to a report by TMZ. A source close to the family told TMZ that Randy Gonzalez died in hospice on Wednesday, Jan. 25. He was 35.
Houston-area Gonzalez announced to his more than 1.4 million followers on Instagram on April 12, 2022 that he has been battling colon cancer after six months of being diagnosed. Gonzalez said his doctor said he only had two or three years to live, noting that he could extend it to five if he undergoes chemotherapy.
Since then, Gonzalez has been telling his followers on TikTok that it was a fight, but that he keeps fighting. He also started a GoFundMe to pay for his treatments. Gonzalez is survived by his wife, Kimberly, and three children, Aubree, Brice, and Lauren.
Gonzalez and his son Brice are known for creating hilarious TikTok videos together and garnering 15 million followers. The pair have blown up since they began their TikTok journey together in November 2019, appearing on Good Morning America and being highlighted on multiple outlets including BuzzFeed and Yahoo Lifestyle.

Fame rose even higher after Brice landed a role on George Lopez’s new show, Lopez V. Lopez. He was cast as George’s grandson and son of Mayan, Lopez’s daughter, on the show and in real life. He stars alongside George and Mayan, as well as Selenis Leyva and Matt Shively.
He also landed a role in Eva Longoria’s Flamin’ Hot project. Brice will play one of the sons of the film’s main character about Richard Montañez, the Frito-Lay janitor who says he cooked Flamin’ Hot Cheetos in his home kitchen.
