Almost all regions of the province expect snow at the beginning of the day, up to five centimeters in places. Wind chill should still be close to -20 in the morning and will reach -27 in some cases, namely Chaudière-Appalaches, Mauricie and Capitale-Nationale.

Gaspésie and part of the north coast will be under the clouds this morning. Wind chill will be around -30 in these regions. There is also a risk of frostbite.

Rather in the afternoon, Quebecers will be less cold when the thermometer rises to a maximum of 1. This will notably be the case in Montreal in its adjacent regions, but will remain between -5 and -12 for several other regions.
