Feuding rumors went into overdrive last week as Taylor took to her social media to add bonus features to her new digital versions of Midnights – only for SZA to be quick to announce their own new enhanced digital copy of SOS.

Fans began to wonder if SZA was trying to stop Taylor from knocking SOS out of the top spot on the Billboard 200.

“Uhh I feel silly even having to say this but I see supporters fighting and I hate it,” SZA tweeted. “I have no problem with ANYONE, especially not Taylor lmao. I really loved her album and writing! Everyone is just trying to do their best, as we all should. LOVE TO ALL. Gn’.

Taylor has been infamous for her high-profile clashes over the years with names ranging from Kanye West and Kim Kardashian to Katy Perry and Scooter Braun.

Her 2017 album Reputation featured a single called Look What You Made Me Do with a scathing music video aimed at her various nemesis.

Katy and Taylor ended up burying the hatchet and hugging warmly in the music video for their 2019 Pride anthem, “You Need To Calm Down.”

Other feuds have yet to be resolved publicly, like the one with Kanye, which began when he interrupted her acceptance speech at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards to blare out that Beyonce should have won.
