Nicholas Tagliafico left Ajax after five seasons to sign for Olympique Lyon in Ligue 1. The Argentine winger will face him Lionel Messihis partner in the Albiceleste, and left him a strange warning that will make the “flea” think before daring his tricks.
“I will mark Messi strongly but with good milk,” he said in statements collected by Diario Olé.
Nicolás Tagliafico started his career in 2011 with the Banfield colors. He had a brief stint in the second division of Spain in 2012 but eventually returned to drill. For the 2015 season, he signed with Independiente, where he won the 2017 Copa Sudamericana after being a key part of the red team.
His time in the Eredivisie
In December 2017, his move to Ajax in Amsterdam was confirmed, a club where he continued his good performances, which earned him the attention of Olympique Lyon and hired him. He is currently 29 years old and a regular in the Argentine team, with whom he has already won the 2021 Copa America and the 2022 Conmebol-UEFA Champions Cup.
