Amber Heard turned down Brody Jenner’s advances at a nightclub nearly 20 years ago, Spencer Pratt said Thursday.
The 38-year-old reality star, who appeared on the Juicy Scoop podcast with Heather McDonald, recalled the incident where his The Hills co-star was rebuffed when he tried to ask Heard out on a date.
“We were like 20 at a club … she’s probably 20 too,” said the Los Angeles native. “Brody and I are going upstairs and Brody is going to meet Amber.”

Pratt said that Heard recently relocated to Southern California from Texas and he and Jenner, 38, “polted her out.”
“He’s trying to, you know, go out with her or, you know, go on a date — whatever Brody wants to put it,” Pratt said.
Pratt mentioned that he was paraphrasing the exchange and said Heard was quick to dismiss Jenner’s advances.
“She’s like, ‘I’m not going on a date with you,'” Pratt said. “And he’s like, ‘Huh?’ And she’s like, ‘I’m already dating a famous director, I’m going to be a movie star — I wouldn’t dare go on a date [with you].”‘
Recalling the exchange, Pratt said, “We were like 20 in a club … she’s probably 20 too. Brody and I are going up and Brody is going to meet Amber.
The revelation came as part of a conversation between Heather McDonald and Pratt on the podcast about the trial

Jenner, in response, told Heard that she should have a mole on her arm “removed because it looks cancerous,” Pratt said, adding that Jenner was “serious” in his statement.
Pratt said the exchange was “rooted in” permanently [his] Brain.’
He said of Heard, “And for me, looking at it now, I’m like, ‘She did it, she did it,’ not like she probably is.” [intended] … of 19, came out here, I think she was a cowgirl, I think her dad was a cowboy, she said I could invent this role.
Pratt said, “From the start, she came here on a mission,” adding that a Google search revealed that she had dated a famous director.

Heard has dated director Alejandro Gomez Monteverde in the past, who told in June 2016 that he believed Heard’s allegations against Depp.
“I doubt she’s lying,” Monteverde said. “I mean that’s a big lie, that’s a big thing to say, if you’re not telling the truth I don’t think you would say such a thing.
“It’s a serious accusation, you can really damage a person’s reputation. I’m really sad for her, I want what’s best for her, so it makes me sad that she’s going through this, I don’t wish that on anyone. As far as I know her, she is a good person.”

The defamation trial between Depp, 46, and Heard continued in Virginia this week as both appeared in court on Monday
Depp, 58, is suing Heard, 36, over defamation claims related to a 2018 article she wrote for the Washington Post in which the Aquaman actress described herself as a “public figure who depicts domestic violence.” .
The actress’ lawyers had attempted to move the trial to California, where both Depp and Heard live, but a judge ruled the case was properly settled in Virginia, where the newspaper’s online servers are located.
Depp lost a libel suit against outlet The Sun in 2020 over their coverage of the breakup, labeling him a “wife beater”. His efforts over the past year to have the decision overturned have been overruled.
Depp and Heard first met while filming the 2011 film The Rum Diary and exchanged vows in 2015. They parted ways in May 2016 when Heard tried to get a restraining order against the actor on charges of domestic violence, which Depp denied. The former couple reached an out-of-court divorce settlement in August 2016.
