Louiz and Thays sent the godparents a special invitation: a box containing a bottle of gin and a glass. When they got married at a registry office in 2020, when the pandemic was still at its height, the two could not invite friends or family.

In June of this year, Thays gave birth to Miguel, her first child with Louiz, and Zeca Pagodinho’s fourth grandchild. Louiz, 32, is one of four children with Zeca, who is also the father of Eduardo, 34, Elisa, 30, and Maria Eduarda, 18.
