The younger brother of ‘Basic Instinct’ (1992) star died last Sunday in Pennsylvania at the age of 57 of a heart attack caused by heart disease, gossip site TMZ reported Monday, February 13. It is not known if he was taken to hospital or found dead at home. “It’s true, I lost my brother,” says the Hollywood diva in a clip on social media, clearly upset.
Between tears, thanked everyone for their solidarity. Patrick Joseph is survived by his wife Tasha, a son and a daughter. “We’ve had a tremendous loss over the last few years,” adds the actress, who urges her 3.6 million followers to “keep being kind.”
Patrick Joseph was the father of his nephew and godson River, who died of organ failure in 2021 at just 11 months old. At the time, Sharon Stone asked her fans to pray for the little one. “We need a miracle,” he wrote on social media, accompanying the post with a photo of the child.
