The Block’s Sharon Johal and Ankur Dogra’s home finally has new owners.
Controversial bidder Adrian Portelli, who acquired the property back in November, held a raffle through his LMCT+ rewards club, where the winner could choose to buy the $4.25 million mansion or tax-free cash in amount of 3 million US dollars wanted to take.
Portelli aka “Mr Lambo”, 33, announced the winner on Friday and congratulated Ballarat couple Kevin and Andrea.

“Meet your Block House winners Kevin and Andrea from Ballarat VIC,” he captioned a photo of the beaming couple.
“A $4 million house as a result of a $5-a-week membership.”
The multi-millionaire businessman commented on the post on his personal Instagram, praising Kevin and Andrea for their win.

Portelli announced the raffle late last year via the LMCT+ website, saying it was the “biggest giveaway ever”.
He offered four raffle packages ranging from $20 to $500, giving participants the chance to take home the Gisborne or millions in cash if they won.

It’s unclear which package Kevin and Andrea chose when they entered their names in the raffle, but it appears they were already regular paying members of LMCT+.
Portelli bought Sharon and Ankurs’ home after missing out on buying Omar Slaimankhel and Oz Abu Malik’s record-breaking home.
The swanky businessman helped drive up the price of Omar and Oz’s Reno when he took on block king Danny Wallis.

His aggressive bidding style led Wallis to pay a staggering $5,666,666.66 for the five-bedroom property, prompting rumors he was a “dummy bidder” in league with western Sydney cronies.
Portelli put his money into action by spending $4.25 million on Sharon and Ankurs’ home in a private sale after the auction.
That meant the couple, who had faced a huge financial loss just days earlier, raked in a profit of $170,000.
