The 30-year-old singer-songwriter shared a clip on TikTok earlier this month showing off her makeup and skincare routine.

At one point in the video, the Only Murders in the Building star tried applying micellar water to a sponge, but her hands looked unsteady.

Gomez later clarified that the tremors were actually a side effect of her lupus medication.

The Calm Down singer was diagnosed with lupus in 2014.

According to the Mayo Clinic, lupus occurs when your body’s immune system attacks your own tissues and organs (an autoimmune disease).

Inflammation caused by lupus can affect many different body systems — including joints, skin, kidneys, blood cells, brain, heart, and lungs.”

Gomez had to undergo a kidney transplant in 2017 because of the disease.
