Selena Gomez gave fans a sneak peek at the new season of Selena + Chef, which was filmed in the lavish Malibu home that also starred in Disney Channel’s hit series Hannah Montana.
Touring the sprawling beachfront property, the Lose You to Love Me singer, 30, beamed as she invited cameras in and gushed, “Welcome to my beachfront vacation home.”
“I’m currently filming Season 4 of Selena + Chef. Walk in,” the “Only Murders in the Building” actress.

She explained that the change of scenery was to spend time with her friends, including longtime friend Raquelle Stevens, at one of her “favorite places”.
During the show’s preview, the Disney Channel graduate looked happy as she walked her dog on the sand, made s’mores and enjoyed drinks outside.
“So it was pretty much a dream to be here,” she gushed of the mansion, before revealing how she and her friends love watching movies in the living room and just “relaxing.”

Later, as she struggled to adjust to cooking in a new kitchen, the Wolves singer shrugged and said, “We didn’t burn anything so that’s good.”

“I couldn’t be happier or happier that we shot season four elsewhere,” she explained. “It was such a beautiful way of changing the show.”
Gomez was thrilled to tell loved ones they had unlimited access to fire pits, surfboards, and a patio to sit on.

In November, HBO Max announced that Selena + Chef had been renewed for a fourth season, scheduled for release on August 18.
The show originally premiered last August and has been a hit with viewers since its launch amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Speaking of news, Gomez revealed that she was looking forward to learning more tips and tricks in the kitchen.

HBO Max’s executive vice president of non-fiction and live-action family programming Jennifer O’Connell also made a statement about the show.
“We are thrilled to continue this delicious series in season four and even more excited to bring it to a new setting,” she said.
She added, “The beach vibes will absolutely take it to the next level and we can’t wait to see what recipes Selena and the chefs cook up next!”
The program follows the Disney Channel grad as she meets with a professional chef and tries to plan a meal.
The singer also donates $10,000 to her guest’s charity each episode.
