Nikki Bella‘s big day is finally here.
After planning her and Artem Chigvintsev‘s wedding in Paris in August 2022 just four weeks away, the former WWE star walked in the February 16 finale of E! ‘s Nikki Bella says I’m finally doing down the aisle.
The night before they exchanged vows, Nikki and the Dancing With the Stars pro hosted a romantic rehearsal dinner on a luxury boat cruising down the Seine, where they partied with friends and family, including her mum Kathy Colacetwin sister Brie Bella and her brother JJ Garciain addition to Artem’s best man and BFF Gleb Savchenko.
Nikki’s biological father John García even surprised her by showing up to the event, having previously told her he couldn’t do the wedding.
The next day, Nikki and Artem faced many hurdles, including Nikki’s last-minute discovery that her numerous wedding dresses were wrinkled because they hadn’t been ironed. But the biggest obstacle that nearly derailed their ceremony was that both rings were lost hours before the start time.
And Artem was willing to cancel the ceremony given the stress of not being able to find the rings.
“I’m really not in a good place to take vows right now because my mind is clearly not where it should be,” he admitted in a confessional. “It’s the most ridiculous situation right now. It’s beyond. I don’t understand how a ring can just disappear.”
