Saudi businessman and diplomat Mohammad Fahad al-Qahtani died while delivering a speech on Arab-African Conference which was attended by representatives of various international organizations and ambassadors.
Al-Qahtani praised Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi as he collapsed in seemingly inexplicable ways.

The man was a director of Al-Salam Holding Company, which is engaged in real estate investments. Shortly before his death, he praised the Egyptian president’s “peacekeeping” operations.
According to the international press, the entrepreneur had not shown any signs of discomfort before his intervention.
Death came rather suddenly to those present and the public present.

According to the videos posted online, al-Qahtani was silent for a few moments before falling unconscious to the ground.

According to the international press, his wife Aisha Al-Jabri was also present, sat next to him just before his speech.
The director of Al-Salam Holding Company was immediately rescued by the other conference speakers. However, there was nothing for him to do: the man would already have fallen to the ground dead.
The images quickly spread across the web. The economic conference was interrupted to remove the body and restore order.
The businessman’s body could be subjected to further forensic examinations in the next few hours to determine with certainty the causes of death. However, no further information was given on this.
