Al Bano Carrisi will be one of the guests of the Sanremo Music Festival 2023. The Cellino San Marco singer will perform alongside Gianni Morandi and Massimo Ranieri, composing a legendary trio of Italian music. In an interview with Diva and Donna, Al Bano hid a bit of disappointment at only being called as a guest: “I wanted to go as a competitor at the time amadeus He had the idea to realize this project that we have been talking about for some time.”
So Al Bano still has “high” demands on the festival: “Okay, I give up, this time I’m a guest again. In the end, it was Amadeus who brought together the three great names in Italian music, who are sure to be warmly welcomed by Ariston theater audiences. During the interview, Al Bano also answered a question about the possibility of sooner or later co-hosting the festival: “If they offered it to me, I wouldn’t back down. Things happen to me in life, for better or for worse.”
