Salvadoran Foreign Minister Alexandra Hill continues to visit Vietnam

After meeting Minh Chinh, the Salvadoran Foreign Minister was received by her counterpart Bui Thanh Son, who expressed his full confidence that this official visit will be a complete success.

The opening of the Salvadoran embassy marks a very important milestone that will help strengthen the traditional friendship relationship between our two countries, Thanh Son appreciated, saying he was aware that the head of Salvadoran diplomacy was carrying out an interesting program during his three-day tenure will stay.

El Salvador’s Ambassador to Vietnam, Rubén Omar Orozco Burgos, the first appointed here from that Central American nation, presented his credentials last October and stressed during the ceremony that this would be one of his country’s diplomatic missions in Southeast Asia. .

The governments of El Salvador and Vietnam established diplomatic relations on Jan. 16, 2010 at the IV Ministerial Meeting of the East Asia-Latin America Cooperation Forum in Tokyo, Japan.
