And on Tuesday, Rylan Clark revealed his freckles and natural skin when he decided to go makeup-free to post a rare fresh-faced selfie with no filters on Instagram.
The former X Factor star, 33, looked drastically different from his typical heavily made-up self as he ditched foundation and contouring for a stripped down shot.

Rylan used gray markings to indicate his freckles, which he added “courtesy of Barcelona” and a bite on his face, admitting the blemish: “Spider or shark, not sure.”
The TV personality also noted that his eyes are “real” and captioned the photo, “Happy No Filter Day.”
His unfiltered, makeup-free selfie was met with plaudits from his famous pals, with Ruth Langsford commenting, “I LOVE your freckles!”
Venessa Feltz gushed, “You’re the cutest,” while Dermot O’Leary added, “Hannnnnnndsome.”

The One Show host also shared the selfie to his Instagram Stories, adding, “Face off…no makeup or filters. I could literally be 12 Babe Hashtag Rough.’

The star had previously divided fans after revealing his first set of veneers in 2013, shortly after finding fame as a contestant on The X Factor.
He told Notebook magazine: “I got my veneers done the day before I started hosting Big Brother’s Bit On The Side, my first presenting job.
“My mouth was swollen from the anaesthetic, they were bright white, brand new. That was the first night they all saw, and all people did was take the shit out of my teeth.
“So no one noticed I was a friggin’ presenter, and by the time they stopped talking about my teeth a few months later, I’d gotten better at my job.”
