Gogglebox star discovers rude meaning behind new name for Kylie Jenner’s baby boy
Kylie Jenner announced Saturday that she had renamed her 11-month-old son Aire, after previously revealing his name was Wolf at birth.
Unfortunately, while the new name means “Lion of God,” Aire also sounds like the Arabic slang term for penis.
Gogglebox Australia star Matty Fahd pointed out this unpleasant coincidence.

“They named their kid after a penis,” a shocked Matty explains in a TikTok video that has since gone viral.
He joked that “every Arab” laughed when he saw the headlines about Kylie’s son’s new first name because Aire also means “my c**k in Arabic.”
The 25-year-old cosmetics mogul and her ex-partner Travis Scott, 31, originally named their boy Wolf.

However, some Arabic speakers noted that the name has a different pronunciation than the slang term meaning penis.
“I really like and understand your content,” one follower wrote, “but it’s a child you’re referring to and it’s pronounced ‘air’.”
Another fan posing as Syrian said he had never used the slang term and was wondering if Matty’s video was even accurate.
‘[Aire] is a completely different word for us,” they told him.
