Steve Jacobs’ ex-wife Rosie flashes a HUGE diamond engagement ring after she was spotted kissing a mystery man on the beach – as she left an event with her sober friend Jodi Gordon
Rosie Jacobs beamed from ear to ear on Thursday night as she attended an event at Sydney Airport with what appeared to be a striking new engagement ring.
The former TV presenter, 43, wore a pink stone band on her wedding finger, leading some to wonder if she was secretly engaged to the mystery man she spotted kissing on the beach last week.
However, Jacobs revealed to Chron Australia on Friday that the ring was in fact from her ex-husband Steve Jacobs – the former Today Show weather host – who proposed to her more than a decade ago.
She has since reset it and now wears it as a dress ring.
“It has great sentimental value and I originally designed this ring 14 years ago,” she explained.

“This was a ring I had made in South Africa as our engagement ring and I designed it myself so it has great sentimental value.”
She added: “I had it set back with a pink stone and I still wear it from time to time.
“It’s something I will be passing on to my daughters as a family heirloom for years to come.”
The travel journalist went on to say she repurposed the beautiful jewel into a dress ring.
Rosie married TV star Steve in 2010 and they had two daughters together, Isabella and Francesca, but acrimoniously separated in 2017.

The former travel journalist enjoyed the evening with her friend Jodi, who, like Rosie, is also newly sober after a public battle with alcohol.
Both women performed in stylish LBDs, with Rosie’s having a sheer neckline while Jodis’s flowy down to her ankles.
Also in attendance were April Rose Pengilly and her boyfriend Adam Paul.
The influencers Bella Varelis and Jadé Brycki (née Tuncdoruk) were among the top-class guests at the airport shindig.
