Romania extends Andrew Tate’s detention until February 27 ANSA news agency

Influencer and former kickboxer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan remain in custody until September 27. This was decided by the court in Bucharest, Romania, which extended the detention period by 30 days.

Tate and his brother are being investigated for human trafficking and rape.

At the request of the Romanian Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT), “the court accepted the extension of the Tate brothers’ detention until September 27,” DIICOT spokeswoman Ramona Bolla told AFP.
