– WWE Friday Night SmackDown, live from the Bell Center in Montreal, begins with an image commemorating Jerry Jarrett, who died at the age of 80.
– A video about what happened to the Usos last week. The SmackDown intro plays and then the commentators greet us. Natalya then steps in for the first match of the night.
Natalya and Shotzi versus Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler
At the end of the fight, Ronda Rousey uses her armbar to make Shotzi submit.

– The first part of the story between Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn will be broadcast.
– Hit Row is in the ring for a mini-concert of insults in Montreal, Quebec and Canada… but Bray Wyatt’s music is tearing the clan apart.
The lights go out and then back on and Bray Wyatt and Uncle Howdy appear on the ring apron and then attack Hit Row! Bray Wyatt takes a microphone and says that the winner of Brock Lesnar has to run against Bobby Lashley in the Elimination Chamber.
– A video will play of Madcap Moss’ win last week. Backstage, Emma says it’s time for Madcap Moss to shine.
Sheamus and Drew McIntyre vs. Viking Raiders (Erik & Ivar)
At the end of the game, the Viking Raiders carry Drew McIntyre, but Sheamus brogue kicks Ivar, then Drew McIntyre carries his claymore kick to Erik for the pinfall victory.

– We are entitled to the second part of the story between Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn to be broadcast.
– Asuka enters the ring and we go to the first hour break.
