Viewers of Ana Maria Braga’s Mais Você will miss Nádia Bochi, one of the show’s best reporters. She shaped the themes of competence and charisma.

She commented to ‘Veja SP’ why she left Globo after more than a decade at the station. “I left for health reasons. I burned out and even passed out in the middle of the ride.”

According to the Ministry of Health’s definition, “burnout syndrome or occupational fatigue syndrome is an emotional disorder with symptoms of extreme exhaustion and stress resulting from a demanding work situation that requires a lot of competitiveness or responsibility”.

Other Globo professionals left the channel for the same reason. Among them presenter Izabella Camargo and sports reporter Marco Aurélio Souza.

Today Nádia, 42 years old, has a quiet everyday life. She founded Escola das Vontades where she teaches communication courses.

The journalist runs the Pousada Yemanjá Toré in Barra de Camaratuba on the Paraíba coast with his wife, the fashion influencer Silvia Henz. The two married there in 2020.

Earlier this year, the couple were the target of cyber attacks after posting photos together, including a kiss on the lips.

“We received homophobic messages and rejection from thousands of followers. We were saddened to think how a gesture of affection could generate such dislike,” the reporter lamented on Instagram.

After the sadness passes, Nádia and Silvia reaffirm their goal to be an example of a successful lesbian couple in love and business.
