RBD fans complain about money changers and mention threats at the cash register in SP

Fans who have been camping out for days in front of the ticket office at the Estádio do Pacaembu in São Paulo to buy tickets for the RBD concerts taking place in the city on November 16, 17 and 18 are facing some difficulties.

In addition to the queue, some report the presence of numerous money changers. The LeoDias column had access to accounts from those who witnessed the whole situation.

“Constant fear and threat from scalpers,” revealed Karina Pinho, a fan who has been in line for two weeks trying to buy tickets. “After waiting so long, we see our dream getting further and further away from realisation. We have no endorsement from anyone responsible for the event; We also cannot rely on public safety. The greatest emotion is revolt!” he continued.

Some money changers are reportedly facing people queuing and trying to infiltrate the stalls to “sell” seats near the ticket booths.

The LeoDias column was unable to contact Eventim, the company responsible for selling tour tickets.

Tickets sold out and new appointments

The general presale for the shows of the “Soy Rebelde 2023” tour started on Friday (January 27) at 10 a.m. All tickets were sold in a short time. Such was the uproar among fans who couldn’t snag tickets that at least three mentions of the band were consistently among the most talked about topics on Twitter.

Given the excitement surrounding the tour, the Mexican group has confirmed two new concert dates in São Paulo, on November 16th and 18th. Advance ticket sales for customers of the event’s partner bank will start on February 2nd at 10 a.m. For all other viewers it is the next day, also at 10 am.

In Brazil, the concerts will take place on November 16, 17 and 18 in São Paulo at Allianz Parque; and in Rio de Janeiro on November 19 at the Nilton Santos Engenhão Stadium.
